What we store in your browser
The site uses cookies and browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage). Cookies are small files associated with a domain; browser storage keeps data in the browser and is technically different. Requested features such as the basket, favourites and checkout use storage needed to operate. Optional analytics is separate and does not load before acceptance.
Daily Green functional storage
dg.cart.v1, dg.favorites.v1 and dg.last-order: basket, favourites and latest order reference in localStorage, with no automatic expiry in the code; they remain until removed or replaced. dg.promo, dg.gift and dg.checkout.key: promo code, applied gift card and duplicate-order prevention in sessionStorage for the tab session. dg.analytics.consent.v1: the analytics choice and its date, valid for 180 days; a new choice is requested afterwards. Daily Green provides these features. Administrative authentication uses separate session mechanisms for administrators, not for guest shopping.
Google Analytics and Tag Manager
After “Allow analytics”, Google Tag Manager loads visit, product, basket and order measurement. Google may use _ga and _ga_* for browser and session identifiers; the standard duration can reach 2 years depending on configuration and browser limits. These cookies are not necessary for shopping. dg.analytics.pending-order (session) and dg.analytics.sent.* (local, until deleted) help prevent duplicate order counting; the event is sent only with consent. Advertising consent modes are disabled in the site integration. Cookie duration is different from server-side Google data retention. See the Privacy policy for providers and transfers.
Choosing or withdrawing consent
Choose “Necessary only” or “Allow analytics”, with no preselected boxes. Refusal does not block browsing or ordering. Reopen the panel using the footer cookie icon and choose “Necessary only” to withdraw. The site removes Google Analytics cookies accessible on its domain and reloads to stop analytics; this does not automatically erase previously transmitted data. Make a personal data request for that data. You can also clear site storage in browser settings, which may empty the basket and favourites. Closing the panel or continuing to browse does not mean analytics consent.
